Featured Speaker: Kirk Bloodsworth, Director of Advocacy for Witness to Innocence. Mr. Bloodsworth, an honorably discharged former Marine, was the first person in the United States exonerated from death row by DNA testing.

Also...presentations by Mona Cadena from Equal Justice USA, Barbara Keshen, president of the NH Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty, and Rep. Renny Cushing, on the state of repeal in New Hampshire and around the country.

The Governor Badger Award will be presented to former NH Superior Court Judge Walter M. Murphy for his efforts in moving abolition along in NH.
