The Commons provides a space where ideas can be discussed and new understandings can be forged, leading to changes in public policy. In Spring 2014 the NH Legislature will vote on legislation to abolish the death penalty. This panel, organized by Monadnock Citizens Concerned about the Death Penalty, will discuss the death penalty, present reasons for its abolition, and respond to questions from the audience.
